Stop comparing yourself to others

Stop thinking about the big picture and take life one day at a time

Stop living without goals and ambitions, yes life is meaningless but if I’m stuck here for now I might as well try to make the best of it.

Stop dwelling on the mistakes you made and just remember them for self improvement.

Stop worrying about the long term future, it’s weighing way too heavy on you.

Stop procrastinating the things that you know you need to do. They make you anxious.

Stop living in your head, and live in the present. Appreciate everything with all of your five senses.
